20 years in one book
I've spent two decades studying what humans actually are. Neuroscience. Psychology. Quantum physics. Human-centric innovation.
I worked with leaders who were brilliant at strategy and lost at home. Entrepreneurs who built empires and felt rushed, stressed out and running on empty. Parents who did everything right and still felt like they were winging it and those who tried it best but gave it all to work.
Same problem every time. Nobody understood the operating system. Running on the old patterns of thinking is making conscious the choices and decisions.
I had the same gap myself. I wish this book existed 20 years ago. It would have saved me years, thousands in programs, development and ten thousand moments of "why does this keep happening?"
So I wrote it.
